Performance Tuning
Cache size and other parameters such as the B-tree collection segment sizes may be individually set according to available memory, expected object volatility and random versus sequential access patterns to virtual collections. The maximum size of a virtual space and number of objects in it are separately user-definable up to 2^128 bytes or objects, within operating system limits.
All Control Panel functions are available for programming.
